Basic Animal Rescue Training (BART) First Responder Small Animal Preparedness and Safety and Response is a three hour course that provides training for first responders minimize response time, decrease refusal to evacuate rate, decrease reentry rates and minimize their risk when dealing with animals encounter4ed in large scale disasters as well as day-to-day emergencies.
